Are Ebro in the Morning REPLACEMENTS Being Groomed on Saturday Morning on Hot 97?

Hot 97 recently changed its Saturday programming. Instead of airing the best of “Ebro in the Morning” across the entire morning, the station is now featuring a series of one-hour shows. An opportunity to test a couple of shows to potentially replace Ebro or something else? Maybe a show that could fill the odd two-hour weekday time slot from 11am to 1pm hosted by Drewski. Ebro in the Morning airs, at last check, from 5:00 to 11:00am and Nessa hits the airwaves at 1:00pm with Funk Flex from 5-11pm.

Hot 97 may replace Ebro in the Morning due to his views which are definitely not media conglomerate friendly. Ebro speaks his mind and has hinted at the possibility of the company replacing the entire show. He has become an outspoken voice on the social and political issues of the day.

In addition, Ebro is an executive at Apple Music and host a daily afternoon show on the platform. Meanwhile, Rosenberg has his own projects, including podcasts, an afternoon sports co-hosting show at ESPN New York, and work on WWE’s Live Streaming wrestling events. His views, which don’t align with the tenor of the day as well. The show runs counter to the current media climate in this country.

At the end of the day, Ebro and Rosenberg will be good. Would Hot 97 move Nessa or Funk Flex to mornings? Regardless of what happens… their Saturday morning (ala The Breakfast Club type and Video Games Talk) shows are a bit strange.
