Steve Harvey announced the first runner up as the winner in the 2015 Miss Universe Pageant. Watch the video above. And of course Twitter went crazy over the mistake. Harvey declared Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez as the new Miss Universe — but the host soon realized he misread his cue cards and apparently did not read what was printed on the envelope. So obviously he was supposed to read the first runner up first. But, Miss Philippines, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, was the actual winner. Colombia’s Arevalo was already wearing the crown as this year’s Miss Universe winner when host Steve Harvey returned to the stage to apologize.
You think maybe Steve has too many jobs.
