96.3 WHUR listeners welcomed Frank Ski back to Washington, DC for a cruise on the Potomac for the Wobble on the Water. Looks like a good time was had by all. Even those who decided to turn the event into their own personal birthday party.

I thought it was very nice the food was great. I just have one complaint, how did the workers for the ship allowed to be in the contest. I think it was unfair to the people who paid.
