“As a triathlete, I always want to ‘up’ the intensity,” says Alexx Dupri, who completed an Ironman Triathlon 70.3 Championship last September.
KISS-FM’s new midday host will be competing in the Richmond, VA triathlon on Sunday, June 12.
Alexx, a Chicago native and former host at WGCI, WKSC-FM (Kiss FM Chicago), and Power 92 (WPWX-FM) was recently named the midday host at Richmond’s 99.3 and 105.7 Kiss FM (WKJM-FM/WKJS-FM).
Her desire for fitness is not something new. Alexx has been a competitive marathoner for the last few years as well. Check out her WGN Channel 9 interview below on her run in the Chicago Marathon in ’09 and her training regiment.
