Clear Channel Radio had been simulcasting Urban AC station “Kiss” on two stations serving Norfolk and Hampton Roads, Virginia. Kiss 92.1 will continue in Hampton, but Norfolk will abandoned the Urban AC format for a Rhythmic AC format called “Movin 107.7.”

Looks like low ratings on both stations combined is the reason for the change. Kiss 92.1 features Tom Joyner, Michael Baisden, and Keith Sweat. The new Movin 107.7 features music from the likes of Madonna, Prince, Beyonce, Earth Wind and Fire, Mariah Carey, Kool & The Gang, TLC, Michael Jackson, Black Eyed Peas.
