>Radio One mainstream urban Z107.9 (WENZ) has swapped syndicated morning shows. The Rickey Smiley Morning Show has replaced The Russ Parr Morning Show. Rickey Smiley and Russ Parr are both syndicated through Radio One’s syndication company, Syndication One. The Russ Parr Morning Show aired for nine years on Z107.9. >Cleveland’s Radio One cluster has named its replacement for former operations manager/program director Kim Johnson. Colby Colb has been named Operations Manager for all Radio One Cleveland stations, and Program Director for WENZ Z107.9 and WZAK 93.1 FM, starting in October. Colby previously worked as an on-air personality and Program Director at Radio One Philadelphia’s 100.3 The Beat.
