Michael Saunders leaves the programming chair at 95.5 WPGC (Washington, D.C.) for another stint in Orlando as program director; this time he’s moved over to Urban A/C station Star 94.5 (WCFB). Saunders joined WPGC in January of 2010, after programming CBS Radio urban “102 Jamz” (WJHM) in Orlando. Saunders replaces Kevin Gardner, who exited earlier this year.
Meanwhile Saunders’ exit is one of a number of changes at WPGC over the last couple of weeks. Recently midday personality Anji Corley along with morning co-host Danella have left the station.
