At the end of the day this list is a complete miss... Shannon Sharpe is NOT hip hop. Complex doesn't know if it wants to rank popular Black America cultural influencers or Hip Hop music content creators or Gen Z streamers. It's not the same! Trying to group them into one group is a problem.
