In 1980 the US Supreme Court ruled in United States v. Sioux Nation of Indians that the taking of the land required just compensation, and awarded the tribe $102 million. The Sioux have refused the money, and demand the return of the land.
Rick Strom of TYT reacts to Marcellus Wiley reaction to Bomani Jones' appearance on CNN. Jones nailed it when he said that Trump likes the idea that some high profile Black people like him. Veteran sports journalist Bomani Jones and former NFL player-turned-pundit Marcellus Wiley are sparring after Jones called out Trump and his administration's history of racism and cynical use of Black History to appeal to Black conservatives, which in turn sparked a response from Wiley, who was actually invited to the White House by the Trump administration to attend his Black History Month address. Strom gives a good analysis and calls out the idiocy of Wiley's statements.

Terrell "Lucky" John, the voice of numerous radio ads across the United States, including Top Dog Law, was featured in a Black History Month segment (???) on WSOC-TV in Charlotte, NC. We guess it works because he's been doing this ads for years on radio stations featuring Black listeners. Interesting enough there are Top Dog Law commercials on Pop Top 40 stations, but Terrell John doesn't voice them. Wonder why?
