MSNBC Ready to Make a Change with Rev. Al Sharpton

TVNewser hears Cenk Uygur may be moved out of the 6pm hour, possibly to be replaced by Al Sharpton. When the host changes happened earlier this year with Keith Olbermann’s departure in January, the 6pm hour was simply named “MSNBC Live ” with Uygur as host. Sharpton has hosted the 6pm show for the last two weeks and this past week, the show was second, to Fox News, in viewers 25-54 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. A spokeswoman for the Rev. >Former MSNBC “Countdown” host Keith Olbermann has launched Fok News Channel, a Web site called the “official not-for-profit blog of Keith Olbermann.” FOK stands for Friends of Keith even if it might remind you of another news cable outlet. Time to Get Rid of Your Cable TV – TMZ Reports Keith Olbermann Fired from MSNBC because of Comcast’s Acquisition of NBC Universal

> Keith Olbermann was fired by MSNBC and sources tell TMZ it had everything to do with Comcast’s acquisition of NBC. Sources connected with the network tell TMZ… Comcast honchos did not like Keith’s defiance to the establishment.
