Ashley Nicole Moss of CBS Sports, whose ‘106 & Sports’ show with Cam Newton, which was recently cancelled by BET+; has a lot to say in light of comments recently made by Kevin Durant, “globalization is important to longevity, but what i don’t understand is why we put this savior cape on international players as if they saved the game (…) the talent here has always existed. the game didn’t need saving.”
Kevin Durant point blankly said “All I hear is, ‘AAU is destroying the game, the Euros do it right’, while the Americans do it wrong. It’s a lot of bulls**t with that. I can read between the lines on that; it’s a shot at Black Americans. We’re controlling the sport; they’re tired of us controlling the sport. France is coming for you.’ Really? We smacked them boys.”
This of course is absolutely true.
Also coming to the defense of Kevin Durant was Stephen A. Smith. His view is on point. His lane is definitely basketball! Not football, NFL or college, not baseball, hockey or politics. BASKETBALL!
